Ooo, I felt the kinks coming out of my back and neck just from watching! What a great idea.

Actually, should have said "spent". We get together to do some advanced training one Sunday a month and get together with others to do basic training every Monday evening. Using the mace REALLY stepped up my training. I LOVE that thing! I enjoyed the clubs, Indian and Iron, but the MACE is just phenomenal to use! Your whole body has to be engaged.

    Thanks for looking at it!

Oh! The place we did it? Phenomenal. Many of you would recognize the name of the owner (not at liberty to say) and it's secluded and amazing! The air was so fresh and clean. I got to stay over Saturday night, share dinner, then train Sunday morning at 7:30; then have breakfast. Left about 10 a.m. to continue my day.

I think we look pretty cool, eh?

Btw ~ I'm the 60 year old. Heh!

    Hello! :)

That must take some strength. If I could even swing that thing I'm sure I would hit myself in the head.

haha, but i won't be lookin' for any 60 yr. olds!

By the way, is this kind of training, that is, with these kinds of implements, for lack of a better word, called something in particular? You know, like you might say karate and jiu jitsu are martial arts? Just curious.

Zenkahuna calls it Primal Nature Play. We're using stuff that use to be used as weapons ~ clubs, maces, kettlebells (don't remember them long ago), sandbags, etc. Playing outside in nature.

I couldn't pick you out in the video, and you know me, I was trying. Way to be the 60 year old that blends in perfectly with the 30 year old girls girlie!

Oh, and that looks like FUN (and very focused as well)!
