I am new to this site, though I have been 100% raw for about a month and have been experimenting with raw food for about 5.
I notice when I start eating nuts I get a little nutty and eat too many of them. I am making it public that for the next 21 days, until my 21st birthday! I will only ingest greens and some wild fruit; no nuts. (This is like my normal diet, except for the nuts). For the next 21 days I will also run to 6 songs every night/day no matter what time. And do crunches and gluteus exercises 3 times a week. Every Sunday, I will fast. I will look absolutely amazing for my birthday. And most importantly, detoxify fully.
I will post pictures, progress, and blog throughout my 21 days... peacelove:)
