There's a raw food dinner and presentation by Jackie and Gideon Graff, going on at GreenStar Natural Food Coop in Ithaca on June 26th (Friday) from 6:30-8:30.
It's a 2 hour presentation and includes a meal of: Barbecue Nibs, Barbecue Sauce, Brunswick Stew, Spicy Marinated Collard Greens, Deviled Tomatoes, Apple Pie, Nut and Date Pie Crust, all served Buffet style. It's $34 by June 19th or $39 thereafter, and you can register at http://greenstar.eventbrite.com
Jackie Graff has been a nurse for 39 years and author of 17 raw food recipe books. She and her husband Gideon teach at the Hallelujah Acres Culinary Academy in Shelby NC and in Atlanta.
