Nah, it's all cool Cyndee, no need to apologise, it freaks many people out.

But I asked myself this. 'What if I had the opportunity to taste human flesh, and flesh that noone (cept me) got hurt extracting it from?'. The answer for someone as curious as me was ' of course I'll chow down!'

Like I said, not really conventional or anything, but yes, damn fun!

I haven't read the other replies yet. I wanted to answer without being influenced. lol

I was 100% raw durring my pregnancy with my daughter. I ate a lot of nuts and used fitday.com to see if I was lacking in any nutrients. I wasn't. I ate a lot though. And let me tell you, it was the best pregnancy on the face of the earth.

If you do it "right" (and by right I mean making sure you get what you need and eating nutrient dense foods) then chances are there won't be a problem.

BTW my daughter was born at home and was 9 lbs 10 oz and 2 weeks late. She was (and is) very healthy and the ped said she was a "textbook baby". lol

    *hugs*
