Thread: Hi, I'm New

    Default Hi, I'm New

Well I won't repeat the title, but I do have some questions. I plan on starting a 30 day trial on Saturday and I need to know what to do to get ready. Also, I'm addicted to sugar and caffeine, any suggestions?

Thanks for your help and wish me luck!

I would First l@@k to the left of this page and order Alissa's Book and DVD. Buy Fruit, Nuts and Salad Food and Dates for your Sweets. RAW Chocolate has PLENTY of Caffine in it, so use the "SEARCH" at the top of this page to find RAWpriest's Recipe for Brownies. I think it's Chocolate, Dates and Nuts.

    Welcome.
Do not worry too much about it. Just keep it as natural as you can.
Eat lots of fruit. I found that in the beginning avocados helped me a lot because they gave me that satisfied feeling when fruit would no longer do it. Now I could satisfy myself for days on just fruit.
As your body cleans you will no longer feel the need for the caffein and sugar.
You are starting on a wonderful journey that will lead to feeling great so try to stick it out. The results are worth it.

And if you feel really bad, craving sugar and fruit isn't enough, try some dried fruit. Dates for example.. that helped me so much.
