I would say if you want something savory, try the Fettucine Alfredo. MMMM.... If you're in the mood for something sweet, I love the walnut cake, but can't think of the name right now (torte?), and if you want something a bit sour and sweet, try the lemon pudding. I love it!! I don't get avocados very often here, but when I do I always make the lemon pudding.

You also might want to follow her 30 day plan. This helps one learn a lot about how to eat etc.

I just ordered it today so i am very excited about it! I didn't get the DVD cause, well we don't have one yet. What is on her DVD? I should have asked her if she has a VHS tape.

I wrote a review of it here: http://www.vegetarianteen.com/videos/livefood.shtml

But to recap, what I loved most about it was that she has two women sitting in the kitchen with her, and she's preparing raw foods for them. Both are new to the lifestyle, considering it, but needing to ask lots of questions. I love their reactions, and they seem to ask all the questions I wanted to ask! Watching Alissa prepare all that food, though, is what really makes the DVD worth it. Looking at the book you might think, "Yikes, that recipe looks complicated!" But when you see her do it and realize it only takes a few minutes, it really changes your thinking!!
