    funny about the pears...

I stopped by the store last night to stock up, and normally I won't buy them, but for some reason last night they just looked really good to me... so I bought a couple

    Just checking in.

Still hanging in there. I've been drinking juices of orange/pineapple/celery/apple most of the day and then my last juice for the evening was carrot/tomato/cucumber/red bell pepper/apple. Feeling good!

    Hi all,
lol was working on my newest web site and lost track of time, was going to post earlier.
Well day 4 is almost behind us. I had carrot, celery, spinach for dinner tonight.
Hmm never had spinach before, does it make the drink taste a little salty? Great job Raw and Corky keep going! :)
Raw how does the red pepper taste? Never tryed that yet.
Let me leave everyone tonight with a bit of inspiration.
As a man thinketh in his heart so is he, or so he or she becomes.
Keep thinking about all the health and spiritually benefits of doing this and you will succeed! Have a great night everyone.

    Thanks Corky and Curtis!

Curtis, the red bell pepper could have been left out as far as I'm concerned. It works in SOME juices, but this particular one I think I would have enjoyed MUCH more without it! It was okay and very palletable, but next time I'll nix it!

    Hi Everyone,
Lunch time for me and I had carrot, spinach, celery and a small pc of onion. lol the onion gave it some heat!

Alissa or anyone can I have some advice on breaking a 7 day fast? Going to complete one week then end on Monday morning. Thanks for any sugestions.

still here...had a "slight diversion" but I'm not quitting! Taking Alissa's advice and keeping on and not giving it much energy. Prior to that, I had some of the "lemonade" from Alissa's book and it was very good.

I just had some oj. It was kinda tart for me, so I juiced some grapes and added it to the oj and it sweetened it right up nicely without disturbing the orange flavor.

    Tomorrow will be even better!

lol must be nice Raw to work at home.
You are on here everytime I logged in. :) Evening all had apple and pear juice for dinner tonight, doing quite well and should have no problem making a week. This has been quite a learning experience for me and a lot easier with all the encouragement here. Thank you Alissa for starting this thread for support. :)

yeah Curtis...working from home is da bomb

But again, I'm not always actually ON when you see me logged in, I just stay logged in most times and sometimes I'm not even on the computer. One time my computer was logged on all night! I wonder what went through folks minds then? LOL!

I digress though...I'm sitting here eating a banana. I think I'm gonna go on ahead and bow out gracefully. I DID learn a lot from this though and like Alissa said, next time I will go even LONGERRRRR!!!!

Congrats to all of you who are still holding on and hangin in there...you're an inspiration to us all.

    See ya 'round the boards!
