    Default that's 8 more pounds!!!

Yoooo hooo, i lost 8 more pounds since starting raw, that makes 28 pounds in a little over a month! It is just melting off. I can't wait to get my huge jar of coconut oil in the mail. I have learned so many new things from this website and others. There is so much people don't know about eating healthy. I have 55 years of really unhealthy eating to undo. The only thing missing now is exercise........and i really don't have any appetite at all, i have to force myself to eat, this is unheard of for me. I never thought i would look forward to an enormous salad every single day like i do, i just love it.

    Default ps "real food"

Veganforlife, not so much energy, maybe i'm not eating or drinking quite enough, but i feel "light", even though i am still heavy.

i am here at work and they are having a little party, with cheese-filled pastries, doughnuts, a quiche and a platter of fruit. I was the only one who filled up on the fruit, and when i didn't eat the quiche, someone said "why not? it's just "real" food!!".......they don't know that baked eggs, cream, bacon etc is not "real" food. Every single person eating all this stuff is overweight, by the way (as am I). So i'm patting myself on the back that i only ate the fruit.

Gabriele~~WAY TO GO... I, too, went to a party in November and ate just the fruit, vege's and guacamole with salsa (with the vege's) I felt soo good afterwards about not indulging even though it would have been easy to do.
