Thread: Salt?

  1. #1

    Default Salt?

I have always heard that too much salt is not good for you. Now on raw I know that most people use Celtic sea salt. But now im hearing that some rawfooders donÂ’t use salt at all.
    Is this bad or good?

    Hi Carrotlady,
I use Celtic sea salt and I am not aware that it is bad for you. I have heard that some people donÂ’t use salt also but I think that the majority of raw fooders do.
Id be interested in anyone's thoughts on this also.
    Much love,
    Dane

I use celtic sea salt too, and enjoy it. Not very often just because it's not in my regular repetoire of foods.
