Default Juicing everything I can (Omega8005)

I love this 8005 Omega Juicer- It is soooooo easy to clean! My first thing to make was fresh cran-apple juice. Made fruit leather out of some of the sludge on top of the strainer screen and added agave nectar and it turned out yummy.
Then the next morning I made Grapefruit juice, and 3 grapefruit made bit too much, it really does a great job at extracting, very dry pulp.
I bought wheat grass and have made a few concoctions with fruit juice.
I don't plan on drinking wheatgrass plain, it has a very powerful scent when it is being masticated in the machine. WOW....it really gives a BOOSSTTTT!! Hold on. I have been increasing the quantity as I go, no nasuea so far, just ZING!
Made nut butter- pistachio, cashew and brazil nut mixture. (soak, dry, then grind with almond oil) added some sea salt- bit too much, but tolerable, next time I know how much.
Wheatgrass with 1 Grapefruit, 1 orange and 1/2 of a lemon is yum. Also made pomegrant sorbet, seeded and juiced, then freeze juice, once frozen, put through juicer with blank cartridge. Love the clean up of this machine.
    LOVE IT!

Fruit leather with the pulp - what a great idea. I don't really like fruit leathers but my family does. So I'll drink the juice and they can eat the rest. How much cranberry vs apples did you use for the cran-apple juice? Do you just put the fresh cranberries through? Could you thaw frozen fruit and then put it through? I have many questions because I have never juiced before. (Just got my Omega 8003 for Xmas!!)
