Default Little Green Guy in a Jar

Greetings Alissa, Keeper of the Forest and all members,

New member here. I just found this website as I working on my little personal project.

A couple of years ago, I became very sick and quickly discovered American medicine does not offer cures only medicated maintance.

If I wanted to heal, I had to learn more and change my lifestyle. Game on!

As I move more towards a Raw Food way of life, I decided to build a website to help other people make the “transition”.. Keyword here transition.

Let’s face it, nobody goes from Drive-thru to Raw food overnight and the “transition” can be challenging at times.

I’m here to learn and share whenever and whatever I can.

I will also be requesting all of your favorite Sprout Recipes for the new website.

So please feel free to email me them or post them where appropriate here.

    Let’s have some fun!:)

Best regards and to your health,
The little green guy in the jar

Actually, that's not true. Many have and have been very successful at it and continue to be so.

Hey there. My suggestion? Purchase Alissa's book and DVDs. Amazing amounts of information and recipes...

Oh and I concur with Revvell. This healthy change of life can be as difficult as one makes it. Many have jumped in 100% from eating SAD/CRAP - drive-thru foods. It CAN be done.

    Default Welcome.

Cool & thank you! I'm going to check out your site. One of my goals in 2009 is to increase my sprouts consumption. My favorite recipe so far is to mix mung bean, alfalfa and sunflower sprouts in a big greens salad (spinach & kale) and sprinkle them with a little olive oil, ACV and lemon. Yum.
