    Default Cranberry Juice Recipe

    Hi,

    Does anyone know the ratio of how much juice comes from a cup of fresh cranberries? I am having a party and thought it would be fun to make a raw cran/grape festive juice cocktail.

    Before I went to the store and purchased too much, I thought I would check out here. 1 cup cranberries = ?? juice

    Not much. I'm thinking maybe 1/4 cup or maybe (stretching) a half a cup???

    Thanks for the info. I also was looking through on of my Jack LaLanne Juice books and he had a recipe in there.

    2 cups fresh cranberries
    1 bunch grapes.

    This made a great cran-grape juice. About 2.5 cups

    Mixing them with other Fruit sounds Good. The tart of the Cranberry will still be dominate. Have a RAWonderful Party, you RAWchick.

    I take frozen cranberries and blend 'em w/my smoothies...
