I've tried this with both a huge green juice blend (spinach, romaine, cucumbers, celery, carrot, etc.) and a fruit juice blend (apples, tangerines, pears) it worked beautifully and now I have a freezer full of juice.
I let them thaw in the fridge, or if I need them right away I'll thaw them in a warm water bath... now I just need to figure out why after drinking anything with green juice in it, I get nauseous...

I know it's a little cold for slushes right now but since I'm fasting, it's nice to have a variety of ways to enjoy the juice. :)
I made a slushie from my watermelon juice, it was still a little frozen in the middle so I put it in my blender with some freeze dried strawberry powder, omg it tasted soooo gooood!

and a really great way to introduce kids to green juices!

I have two apple trees and two pear trees so yes, I will be freezing this fall. It will be different this year because I just got interested in raw this spring. I have traditionally made most of what we don't eat fresh into sauce and apple/pear butter. I'm still not sure if I will do mostly juice or sauce. I have a squeezo so pear sauce is pretty convenient but I will have to try out my juice press on the fruit. That may turn out to be easier.
As far as thawing is concerned taking a jar to work frozen and sipping it through out the day, as it thaws might be nice.
