Hey Everyone. I thought I would post some progress. I am so happy that I am finally losing the rest of the weight. I had to do a smoothie fast to do it. And now it's just melting off.
I was never in the mindset to do a smoothie fast but recently I thought I would give it a try. And it's not as bad as I thought it was going to be.
I just wanted to throw up some inspiration to you guys and let you know that you will get to your goal weight if you stick with it and listen to your body.
