Sprouting zebra sunflower seeds?

I saw inshell zebra sunflower seeds at the health food store and the package said they were good for sprouting so I have them in my EasyGreen right now. Will these make sunflower greens? I normally use black sunflower seeds for sunflower greens, will these make the same thing? What's the difference between the zebra and black ones?

They're just a different variety. You won't notice a difference in your sunflower greens. If you were to grow both black and striped sunflower seeds in your garden, the black sunflower seeds would produce bigger flowers. That's about the only difference.
