Hi everyone! This is my fourth day back at 100% raw, and i noticed i don't have as big of a difference in my energy as i did before when I was raw. A few months ago I first went raw and ate only fruits and veggies and felt amazing within the first couple of days. I fell off the raw wagon for a while but I'm back on now and this time I have been eating dehydrated foods and nuts along with the fruits and veggies, and I don't feel an increase of energy like I did before. Has anyone else experience this? Do you recommend only fruits and veggies for this reason? What makes you feel the best? Thank you!
