Default Is thee a limit to how much natural sugar

you should eat when RAW? (like stevia, blackstrap molasses, barley malt, etc) My body has never taken well to eating the regular refined sugar, and I am wondering if eating natural sugar would have a different effect. It's natural and not refined, but it's still sugar, isn't it? So should it still be used sparingly like regular sugar?

All I eat for sweetner is Honey or Agave nector, dates & raisins. I can tell when I've over done the honey or agave nector too. I want more, I crave more when I've over done it. So I'd say all in moderation. ;)

Honey, agave, dates etc have a completely different molecular structure than refined sugar and will be released into your bloodstream differently than the refined sugar most people are used to.
Unlike refined sugar, they have nutritional benefits which it pays to become aware of, and are whole and living with the enzymes necessary for proper digestion.
Here is a great link to learn more about raw honey.

Knowing that everybody is unique, I am sure if you experiment you will find your body's tolerance, but I certainly wouldnt fear these naturemade foods!

I hope you didn't think I was bashing Honey, Agave, dates etc.... on the contrary, that is all I use... BUT... I can over do it with these items sometimes. Sometimes my sweet tooth gets the better of me and I can have half a jar of honey gone in a day. As good as the nutritional benefits are etc.... it's still not good to eat half a jar of Honey or a whole sack of dates. It will send your blood sugar sky high.

From my personal experience and sure not everyone will react the same, BUT from my personal experience too much natural sugar substitues is not always good.

Experiment to find your limits. ;)

Gracious no Angel, I have never thought you to bash anything.
There are wonderful benefits to honey, but of course anything overdone.......let me tell ya i know about that, lol. ;)

I recognize everybody is different and every body is different so definitely agree experimenting to find your own body's tolerances is the way to go.

    Blessings~
