    Default Don't throw that away!

As some of you know I am new to raw food. My compost bin has never been so full Tonight I made Alissa's Pesto Pasta. I had no idea what it would taste like, but I have been in the mood for anything tomato-ie. It was very GOOD, but I think I overdid the cilatanro a bit 'cause it was quite spicey. Whew! I had a little bit left over, and I am full. I was going to toss it in the garbage. I really thought I had noodles in there! Then I remembered it is just all raw food dummy you can put it in the compost pile!

For you body watchers out there: If I have this yearning for tomato dishes, what nutrient is my body craving? I gotta try the Marinara sauce.... yummmmm

Uggggg!!! My Juiceman juicer broke today. I was really getting into the juicing. I'm going for the Champion. No more cheapies.
