My friend showed me tonight the most awesome tomatoes she grew from seed. I found this fabulous link of someone who I believe represents the type of company I want to support for my tomato needs. Giant Belgium can grow up to 5 pounds each! Now imagine 10 picked daily, sell 8-9 daily at $2 per poiund x 5 pound = $10 per tomato x 10 picked = $100 day x 7 = $700 week. This could be a min. guess too as maybe more to sell when season kics in. I'm getting excited and may aim for the sale, a sign on the road and open for hour only. Not a bad return for a hours work, but really keeping the tomatoes up, watering etc is key.
