O.k. heres the scoop: Anyone thats overweight, and wants a great way to exercise without hurting their joints..or anyone that can't stand exercise or just has trouble committing themselves to exercise...Want a fun way to do aerobics??? Purchase just the cardio jump board that goes on the Aero pilates (on QVC.com)and then purchase seperately the pilates performer, (and also the stand that goes underneath.) The jump board-(trampoline)fits perfectly on the pilates performer. Some of you may be asking why not just purchase the Aero Pilates... I did purchase it, and the wheels kept coming off the track, and the older model is made better (with a better lip that is turned up) so the wheels don't come off the track when doing the aerobics...you lie on your back and just jump it's so fun, relaxing, and yet works your heart...just put on your favorite music and wow!! You can even take the shoulder pads off, get some light dumbells and while your jumping on your cardio board (trampoline) you can do exercises for your arms and chest..AWESOME!!! My husband had purchased the Aero pilates for me, while I loved it, I noticed that sometimes while doing the pilates exercises and aerobics on the jump board, sometimes it would slip and go off the track, because it has no lip that curls up that keeps it from going off the track, Then the wheels would be bent a little and started not moving smoothly. My husband and I went to Value village, and just happened to see an pilates performer machine, (for 30.00) we purchased it, took it home, took off the Aero pilates,and put the pilates performer on, and it fit right on the stand. You might be able to get a real deal if you go to craigslist.org go to the exercise equipment (I think under sports equip) and type in pilates...sometimes you can get a real great deal for alot cheaper than qvc. I put the Aero jump board on and it fits just like a dream. The older model seems to be made so much better, and the wheels seem much more sturdier as well,and just that extra care they made in making it a little different goes a long way!!! Anyway, its really alot of fun and while I do pilates on the machine, I also just make up regular exercises to do on it as well, just let myself go, and have fun...!!! Just thought you guys would like to know a great stress free way to work out...I LOVE IT!!!
