Thumbs up Getting back to the rawfood lifestyle

Hi Everyone!! I decided to try the Rawfood Detox Diet by Natalie Rose It's actually quite good!! I like it because you can have some cooked food (high quality) in your diet. I might try this for a while till I get use to raw again, then graduate up to a 100% raw. If any of you have any questions about this book, please feel free to ask!! It's good to be back!!

I like that book as well, and that is what I am basing my new transition on... Well, not exactly off her plan, but the general idea that I don't have to rush in, but can transition, allowing myself to get used to the new lifestyle slowly. Slower changes make longer-term changes a lot of times!

Elaina, I'm following the book too. And I'm loving it. I'm between a level 2 and 3. I have no complaints at this time.

I'm happy to chat about it with you (through PM's) if you'd like. It's nice we're taking the same raw road.
