    Default juice pulp

What do you all do w/ your juice pulp? I don't juice because I feel like there is so much waste of the veg/fruit. Before raw I'd add veg pulp to soups. I still can for my family but what about fruit?

I had veg pulp to my fax seed crackers and I would think that fruit pulp would be good also (separate from the veg). I have also come across a recipe that calls for veg pulp. When I try it I will post it. I have to figure out a couple of revisions, because the sauce that goes into it is not entirely raw. I'm always on the look out for what to do with the pulp! I need to get a garden and compost going.

We're composting ours. Although my Mom wants some carrot saved for the mock "tuna" recipe we have on hand.

I actually have now changed my dog over to a totally raw diet. Along with his raw meat and bones he gets all the vegetable pulp I have plus at least the pulp from apples. He loves vegetables and always sits next to me when I cut up anything, expecting his share. He loves his new way of eating and has no problems whatsoever. The rest of the pulp still feeds the worms. Actually, today I made juice from italian plums, the ones that are used for dried prunes. I decided to keep the pulp to put into some nut/fruit bars for the fiber. That should work well.

carrot pulp makes a great meal. I think it may be referred to as carrot 'stuffing'

    > add to carrot pulp:
a preferred oil/or avo, lemon juice/or acv, garlic, dry and or fresh herb, sea salt & pepper.

That's how I have made carrot salad all my life, with grated carrots, oil, vinegar, celery salt, etc. I'll have to try it with the carrot pulp, if I ever get to eat again...
