Go to meetup.com. there's a group that meets there monthly.... not to say that someone from here might not want to do so outside of a meetup.

I would like to try this place. I'm new to raw foods. One week and counting. Where is this meetup group? I'm also new to the LA area and would love to meet new friends!

Just go to.....meetup.com..........and check out Los Angeles and they will give you a list you can go through. Again Welcome to the Forum and Welcome to California.
