Default Adzuki sprouts, long root - ok?

Hi! I'm new to this sprouting buissness, and i'm wondering, are my
adzuki bean sprouts ok? have a look at the picture, they have long roots?

I've sprouted them for 4 days, left them in the light(not sun) the 4th day,
and there was small green leafs growing on them.

thank you for any response :-)

From what I understand for maximum nutrition the sprout should only be the length of the bean. So, I would say yours are definately done sprouting, and I would use them now.

    What cha gonna make?

    thank you :-)

i'll just eat them as they are for now.

I think the sprouts was already as long as the bean on day two.

    grow them for 2-4 days until they are 1/2 - 1 1/2"

They look great....I go by the taste and you can putu them in the fridge to slow down the growing process, when they are where you want them.
