    Default best place to start

Ok, forgive me if this has been posted before but I'd like recent ideas (maybe make it a sticky?)

Are there any good websites (or Alissa books!) on how to get started with sprouting.

I've read a few, but I'm asking you guys because I would like to hear it from raw foodists point of view and what you do! Any tips or tricks? Best types of sprouts for raw foodists?

It's just I find an overwhelming amount of info. all over the place for something that seems so simple!

    Thanks :)

It is simple. Find some grains/seeds that you like, soak them overnight, leave them somewhere for a few days (while rinsing occasionally) and you'll have sprouts. The best types of sprouts for raw foodists are the ones that taste the best :) . Experiment and find out what you like/don't like and what works/doesn't work for you.
~I am only interested in results. If something works, then an explanation is really just an intellectual exercise. ~

Your right....Alissa's book does cover sprouting and she talks about it on her DVD. She uses a very simple method on the DVD, just kitchen bowells and covers them with a paper towell. In her book it has a chart that tells you how long to soak each different type of seed and how long it should take to sprout it. It's very good.
