Default Fungus in compost causing mold spores

The compost that we purchased from the store, seems to have come with small fungus spores that come up during the day and by the next morning turn grey and wilt away. This seems to be causing mold spores to cause the leaves of our tomatoes and our cucumber.

Does anyone know what to do about this? We don't have the luxury of more compost. It is too expensive this far into the gardening season.

    Any ideas will be welcome.

    MAke your own compost

It is, therefore, evident that it is possible to cure by foods, aliments and fruits; but as today the science of medicine is imperfect, this fact is not yet fully grasped. When the science of medicine reaches perfection, treatment will be given by foods, aliments, fragrant fruits and vegetables, and by various waters, hot and cold in temperature.

Have you tried to heat up your compost to kill off the fungus? I have homemade compost, and I have it in a black trash bag that I keep in a container on my patio. I leave it closed up so it can heat up and burn off any bad things in the compost...plus I put newspaper clippings and veggie scraps in there so the beneficial bacteria can also break down those things and anything else that's in there too. I guess if you're already using it, maybe you can put some black plastic over the soil where your plants are to keep the spores from getting on the leaves and hopefully to kill them in the heat that builds up underneath. Put some small holes in the plastic so you'll be able to water the plants. Maybe this could help some...
