    Default Raw Restaurants in Seattle?

I'm planning a trip to Seattle this summer, and I was wondering if anyone had any recommendations for a raw restaurant there.

    Thanks in advance!

Default dalene's at Park Place in Kirkland

Check out "dalenes" in the city of Kirkland, just east of Seattle. They have a rotating variety of items from their menu available. They all look so good it's hard to choose. You serve yourself, eat inside or outside, or take it with you. Haven't had anything I didn't like yet. Think they deliver. ..? Check it out at www.dalenes.com. There is a menu on the site, too. Also, you can see pictures of some of their items posted on my blog entry dated 6-15-08, titled "Smell of Success w/Photos".

As far as I know Chaco Canyon is the only other raw restuarant in town. Tried their carrot cake at PCC Grocery. Never been to the restuarant. Someday.

Hope you enjoy your visit! :)

P.S. Should warn you, first time I went to dalene's I walked right by it twice. They don't have a sign up yet!

    rawlaw06:

If you need supplies while you are here, there is a great store in Redmond called Raw Vegan Source. They have quite a bit of ready-to-eat snacks. Nothing like a restaurant, but great nontheless.

    Hope you enjoy our area!!!

Does anyone know if the Juice Goddess is still around?

We could REALLY use some more RAW restaurants here in Seattle area!

Juice Goddess is closed, however Chaco Canyon is like a mile from there.

It is worth the drive to Raw vegan source just to see the permaculture they are starting. The snacks they sell are cheaper than anywhere else.

Make sure you call first to make an appointment.

Dalenes is the bomb. The chocolate milk is awesome! Take some cash- it is pricey, but worth it!

Thanks debilana...forgot about calling first to Raw Vegan Source. Actually, they are starting 'set' hours soon. It's supposed to be within the next few weeks. Not sure what the new hours will be though. If you'd like to call them, rawlaw06, here's their number: 1-888-868-2332
