    Default The nuts at GREZZO

    I am planning to go check out Grezzo soon, but are all the cashews and almonds that Alissa uses in her dishes completely raw?!

    Not pasteurized or anything?! She WOULD use completely raw cashews and almonds, wouldn't she?

    I'm pretty sure they are, as she has really raw nuts for sale on her site :)
    RAW since September 24th, 2007.
