    Default Aloe Juice? Alfalfa juice?

    Hey...

Also, correct me if Im wrong, since I always filet my aloe leaves and put them in a smoothie, can you actually juice the aloe gel?

Alright ya'll.. yall right back now ya hear!

I don't think you can juice either one alone. I have NEVER tried it. I don't think Alfalfa would make enough juice to juice alone, so I would juice it with something else.

Aloe is just too slimy, so again if I wanted to juice it, I would push it out with something before and after.

    Congratulations on your New Juicer............

I've juiced aloe with cucumber before. It is a very soothing drink for an upset stomach. It's also good for relieving acne flare-ups.
Make sure you take the skin off the aloe leaves and just juice the gel. The skin is bitter and contains a mild toxin. The spiny, bitter skin is meant to protect the inner gel from hungry animals. But we are clever hungry animals with knives :) .

I realize you are asking about the alfalfa sprouts. As far as juicing sprouts, I think it's possible just never have yet.

However, I would like to let you know that we have a bunch of alfalfa the we planted in a couple of areas in our garden. This would be another option rather than the tiny little sprouts, if you have a garden. I know my husband planted it early in the spring and it's just beautiful right now.

So, we are juicing it and since we will not be able to get it all used up while it's fresh we are putting it away in the freezer into ice cube trays then, once frozen I pop them out of the trays and I vacuum seal them. Maybe it will not be as good as fresh, but it's better than none. Just stir the cube into water and drink. Or throw it into a smoothie.

There are so many green drinks on the market now with dried Alfalfa juice in them, so why not juice our own!! So economical!!!

Here is a small portion of information we have about alfalfa if interested:

Alfalfa juice is loaded with vitamins and minerals in their natural form. Centuries ago, the Arabs used alfalfa as feed for their horses, because they claimed that it made the animals swift and strong. They then tried the herb themselves and became so convinced of its benefits to their health and strength they named it alfalfa.

"Al-fal-fa" means "father of all foods."

The Alfalfa juice has a very unique and distinctive quality that sets it apart from most other plants. The root system of the alfalfa plant reaches thirty feet deep into the soil. This allows the plant to access a large quantity of un-depleted nutrients, salts and other necessary elements, while most other plants simply do not have this advantage. The leaves of the alfalfa plant contain the eight essential amino acids and ten non-essential amino acids. Alfalfa is useful in the treatment of arthritis, urinary tract, kidney and bladder infections, as well as prostate disorders. Alfalfa alkalizes and detoxifies the body, especially the liver. Studies have shown that alfalfa has inhibited the growth of viruses such as herpes simplex. L-canaverine, a non-protein amino acid, found in alfalfa leaves and roots, have been shown in studies to have anti-viral properties and be effective in controlling leukemia and cancer cells.

Talking He never heard a thing

Working at the post office, I'm used to dealing with a moody public. So when one irate customer stormed my desk, I responded in my calmest voice, "What's the trouble?" "I went out this morning," she began, "and when I came home I found a card saying the mailman tried to deliver a package but no one was home. My husband was in all morning. He never heard a thing!" After apologizing, I got her parcel. "Oh, good," she gushed. "We've been waiting for this for ages." "What is it?" I asked. "My husband's new hearing aid."----------------------------------Do you look for free wow gold? Welcome to our WoW gold website:1.WoW gold,2.WoW gold,
