I started at 40% and worked my way to 90% raw over 7 months. It's not the recommended route but when I started this journey I knew nothing of "going raw." I only knew fruits and veggies had fewer calories and I desperately wanted to keep the weight I'd lost from Master Cleanse off.
7 months later, I've never felt better! I'm hoping to be at 99-100% by the end of the summer. I've been hovering around 85-90% raw for the last 3 weeks. The difference between 70% and 90% raw is amazing. I can't wait to see what 100% feels like.
