    Default Best Cleanse?

I was just wondering what would you recommend as a good way for teens to cleanse, since fasting is out of the question?

Excersizing is great! It is very cleansing. I also think that short juice feasts are fine for teens, because we are still getting all of the nutrients that our bodies need through the juices. Teens would probably want to drink more fruit juices than recommended, because we need more calories.

Default Juice, flax and chia seeds

Well I am actually trying a couple day juice feast but I am adding ground flax seeds and chia seeds to my juices. I know that both flax and chia are suppose to clean the digestive system. By adding the seeds I know I will get enough calories. Oh and I am going to make sure I do a lot of lemon water. My juices consist of carrots, romaine, green leaf, spinach, celery, beets, and spirulina. So far it is going great but it has only been a few hours...lol. I will let you know how it goes :)

Since when is fasting out of the question? That's certainly news to me. I can assure you that I have fasted on water 3 times, and I haven't dropped dead...truth be told, I feel better than I did before. If your body is telling you that it needs a cleanse, then don't worry about what others say. On that note, I'd recommend not going on a water fast right off the bat. Your body goes into major detox, and it's not fun. Juice fasting is much more pleasant, IMHO, and if you want to water fast after, it'll most likely be much easier.
Just because it's RAW does not mean it's HEALTHY.

Rebounding is a good one and if you seriously need to cleanse, consider a more elaborate one. Pretty much every big expert on the colon has some sort of cleanse they feel you should do so, if you feel the need to cleanse that, there are many resources for it, just look up the reviews and such. Luckily, most experts on the colon are vegetarians/vegans and support a raw food lifestyle so, that'll work out.

It is the use of a small trampoline for at least 15 minutes a day. It is considered an excellent form of exercise for many different parts of the body and works to detoxify as well. Be very wary of the store brands as they are typically very unreliable and do not give a good experience of rebounding. The best brand would have to be the Needak. Hope that helps.
