Raw freshing Cuisine - Nelson BC

While in Nelson, BC - Canada resently I had the opportunity to experience Raw freshing Cuisine owned by Chantale Roy. It was an experience I was looking forward to and I did enjoy it.

At first I was disappointed that the food available was pre-assembled and COLD. With some reflection there was no alternative as it is a busy spot and time would not allow for each order to be assembled on the spot.

There were three of us there so we tried the pizza, mediterranean burger, Tuscan sun wrap. All three were good. The crust on the pizza was not crisp which was a relief to me as mine never is either.

We also tried three sweets which were outstanding as were the drinks.

Overall I would highly recommend you drop by and try at least one item if your lucky enough to be in that area. It was an enjoyable, educational experience and Chantale offered warm, friendly hospitality.
