    Default Natural eating for me...

    howdi :)

    wow this evening has been tough,I have just sat and done,well not alott.
    Its been a great day really.

    Its day one as a raw foodist.
    I have had some great food tody,I feel massively grateful of lush energy giving,life vibrant foods.I thoroughly enjoyed,the taste,the sense of fulfillment.I look forward for the gifts to come....

    I have taken a picture of my detoxing ,raw fooding self.I will post before and afters.looking forward to that.

    tomorrow I have to go out,I don't honestly feel like it,but the bonus is that I am going to a great market where they have yummy fresh foods.the market guy is awesome,always treats me to some fab bargains.

    I cooked for my partner,it was no effort really,I made him a beautiful salad.
    I really enjoy getting creative with the salads,its alott of fun

    tomorrow I am on the lookout for :

    * seaweed sheets
    * cashew nuts

    wanting to try the rolled up veggies in the seaweed sheets and the cashews,they are for a tomato sauce.

    morning - apples
    lunch - cabbage wraps
    evening - salad
    supper - banana and avacado
    apple
    juice

    You mean coconut, seed or almond mylk, yes?

    First of all, milk is not natural to our bodies unless it's mother's milk ~ unless you're talking about nut/seed mylks?

    Not sure how you know if your body is absorbing or not yet if not, I'd suggest doing movement before eating to get the digestive juices activated; chew more, such as 25+ chews per mouthful. If that doesn't work, add some enzymes and/or probiotics to your food program.
