The one with me holding the Pomelos is current just taken the other night!! I'm now at 185 lbs!!! WHOO HOO! *break dances* Sorry about my shirt but it's like the only one that fits anymore! LOL
The other one is me in my nursing attire with two my friends I was above 200 lbs. Last year I was at my heaviest being over 230lbs.

About a year, I was on off raw, got back fell off. I am back on now and staying on. When I first started I was really like Oh my what to do can't have this can't do that no no and NO. Soo I was very restrictive and fell off. Now I'm good! Couldn't be better! Have some confusing thoughts of enemas and Salt Water Flushes! LOL

Personally, I don't do the enemas. I've done the SWF a few times during a master cleanse -- it worked fine, but I had the exact same results from just drinking a cup of senna tea, which was WAAAAAAAY more pleasant in my opinion!“Strength shows, not only in the ability to persist, but in the ability to start over.”

Im going to try another juice fast with the Monday Fasting Club. They start short fasts starting Sunday at 6pm to Monday at 6pm. That is a good way to get your feet wet. Read the fasting threads they are so inspirational. :)

How long have you been raw??
I'm new, but on my second try at raw. I was raw a couple years back for about 90 days. Now it's just been 11 but I feel better about it.

I do feel grrrreat!! It is a Pomelo it's like a giant grapefruit...but sweeter really good. Been raw before, fell off, now I'm back I started a 30 day challenge, but was high raw 2 weeks before Christmas. I really really need a better dehydrator!! I want to make cheese, bread, crackers and chips. I have a Nesco round one right now.
