    Default Karine 2005 and after

    Hello!

I feel like showing you my before and after. First, I wanna say that i always have been a bit fat, even when I was a teenager. I was eating my emotions, and a SAD addict. I was used to watch TV while eating chips, meat, pepsi or anything bad. This was a miseducation. I became 100% vegetarian 3 years and a half ago. But it's easy to be vegetarian and only eat chips, ice cream of cheese. So I stayed fatty. Here's a picture of me at this time, like in 2006, i was about 168lbs:

Then I started working in a natural and organic shop in Montreal. I became vegan and had some classes of nutrition and natural medicine. I did more sport and I left the stupid guy I was with in a very bad relationship. 2 years past off and I lost about 40 pounds so I was about 128lbs.
On january of this year, I became raw. Without wanting it, I still lost a LOT of pound, too much kinda (I was up to 107lbs...). So I stopped being raw for a while. I started again being 100% raw 25 days ago, but I'm eating a lot because I dont wanna loose too much weight. You see me in this last picture a month ago, when I went to eat at grezzo (so yummy!). I'm not around 123 lbs and feel awesome :)

I stopped having eating desorder and I feel like staying raw forever.

It's amazing how much younger everyone looks. It would be nice if we posted our age with the pics...of course, I haven't posted any yet.
    You look really good.

Thanks to you guys, the only thing I want with that is being an inspiration for other people. I got out of so many deseases I had, even, like I said, an eating disorder.

I'm actually 23. I'll be turning 24 in a few weeks (!!) and I never felt so good and so in peace with myself.

I dont know if you ever felt that, but last week I had a 35 seconds where I felt that I was physicaly "part of the Earth". Because I'm eating raw-vegan, I felt like I was part of it and I felt great... It was a strange feeling tought... ahah

And I got married last year. Me and husband (who is not at all raw-vegan and neither vegetarian) are thinking about having a baby next year. I told him that I wanted to have a raw-vegan pregnancy and he was very supportive and told me there was no problem.

Thanks to you guys and hope you feel great too!
