Raw Food Made Easy: Booksigning, Raw Food Demonstration, and Tasting Menu
Location: Boston Area, U Mass Waltham Center-Waltham
Time: Thursday, 5:30 pm DVD showing, 6:00-7:00 pm raw potluck, 7:00-9:30 pm booksigning and demonstration
Registration and Cost: Prepaid registration required: mail a $5 check (with your address, phone, and email on it) for members ($25 for annual membership) or $10 for non-members payable to “Waltham Raw New England Community” to Joe Gerber, 21 Manning St., Needham, MA 02494. If attending the potluck, bring a raw, organic, unprocessed, non-animal based ready-to-serve dish for 6 - 8 people. Mark in red if not organic, bring serving utensils labeled with your name, and bring the typed recipe. For questions, call Betsy Bragg at 781-899-6664 or email betsy@rawnewenglandcommunity.com. The raw potluck was amazing! The food was delicious, the people were friendly, and Jennifer Cornbleet was stunning. It was perfect .

Thanks Eli! It was great to meet you, too. I got the info for the Leverett meetup and although I am usually busy on Sundays, I will try to make a meeting whenever I can .
