Default In a pinch, Ruby Tuesdays!!

I go to lunch alot, and it can be a problem finding raw options on the menu! Well let me tell you about Ruby Tuesdays! Their salad bar was extensive w alot of raw items on it. I had brought my own dressing and onion bread, and had a fun, satisfying, healthy lunch!

This is where i always go if in SAD company. I also bring my own salad dressing and crackers or bread. I get the guacamole and the salad bar.
It has a variety of foods so I have raw food and even SAD eaters can be happy for a while.

I've been there twice in the past week--my friends like to eat out, and thankfully they're ok with eating there frequently.

Yes, this works. The best part is, my kids often decide to do the salad bar too, so I'm even happier.

Very nice to know! I, too, have been avoiding restaurants because most have wimpy salad bars, if any.

    Default Also Organic

From what I've been told, Ruby Tuesday has also changed to all organic on their salad bar. Can't get better than that!
