    Default 118 Degrees

I just came home from visiting family in Orange County and ate at 118 Degrees in Costa Mesa. Thought I had died and gone to Raweaven . I forgot the exact name of what I had but it was tortellini dish. The tortellini was made from coconut ( I wonder how they do that) and it was stuffed with lots of yummy veggies like zucchini, mushrooms, peppers, ect., and had a red pepper cream sauce and some kind of a white sauce. I smiled for 2 days after I ate it. My daughter had the lemon pesto salad which was absolutely to live for!!!! Ok, now my mouth is watering. I wanna go back!! I live in Stockton and the closest raw restaurant is in San Francisco. But I will definitely be visiting there though.

I am heading there tomorrow for lunch. I am so excited. Over the weekend I ate a Cafe Gratitude in Santa Cruz. It was so delicious I almost cried. I had "I am hearty". It was a pizza that made me feel so satisfied. I was on cloud 9. mmm
Your body is precious. It is our vehicle for awakening. Treat it with care.

To keep the body in good health is a duty...otherwise we shall not be able to keep our mind strong and clear.

There is a raw restaurant in Sacramento called "The Green Boheme". Check it out. :)

I used to live one town over from Costa Mesa, and occasionally treated myself to 118 Degrees. Soooo yummy - I remeber this one avocado/zucchini/olive oil soup I had there. OMG amazing.

I ate at 118 Degrees twice in April. I flew to LA and had to drive to San Diego so it was an easy stop. Food was really delicious. The apple crisp was so good I bought their cook book just for the recipe! It was great to see so many different kinds of people in there, clearly a lot of people who aren't "raw foodies" go there simply because they enjoy the food and the vibe.
