    Default Extreme Green Juice

I've got a GreenStar GS1000 and I want to get the most out of it.

I want to juice 2 litres of green juice in as quick a time as possible. I find it takes me ages as I have to keep cleaning out the machine. It gets so clogged with pulp. I use the screen and feed the leaves in as best I can.

    Any tips?

How long does it take you to make 2 litres of green juice?

I like using spinach, kale, parsley and celery in particular.

Thanks a lot; it's great to be on board

I just heard that parsley can be Very powerful and should not be juiced in quantity. This is the opinion of Susun Weed, a well known herbalist. She went so far as to say that it is so strong that juiced, it could damage the kidneys.
I'm not sure if this is true, but I felt compelled to share the info.
As for cleaning the juicer, I am in the same boat with my champion.
    Good luck!

Alternate the leafy greens with the celery. That will help keep things moving along a little better.
