Raene,
My two daughters had many bad baby teeth, several were pulled or capped. Their permanent teeth are beautiful and strong! Relax and don't be hard on yourself. Best wishes!

I suppose that we would never hear about anything like this from the dentist, because they wouldn't have a practice anymore if they told us.
I am ordering tomorrow, along with a natural brush!!!
Thanks for the tip!!!
I would love an update from you RawDrop. :) Hope all is great for you and your teeth!

Of course I was drinking liquids like marine phytoplankton, ormus gold, magnesium oil, cacao, medicinal mushrooms & herbs
Hey Ginger.
I spotted this site after a quick google search for repairing tooth enamel, and your post has me intrigued as I was also thinking about fasting for a while too, just for a general "clear out".
Just wondering if you could shed some more light on the fasting method you used? (how long you fasted for, what you eat/drank, etc...).

After 3 months on a raw food diet (lots of green, many glasses of kale-cucumber-celery juice) my dental hygenist said my teeth had gotten stronger and whiter. All the fresh, whole vitamins and minerals in my diet are making a difference.
This week I started oil swishing in the morning with sunflower oil, followed by brushing with sun-dried celtic sea salt and baking soda, (I grind it together in the magic bullet and store it in a jar.) Doing my regular toothpaste/floss routine at night, (taking one step at a time). My teeth already look denser, whiter than last week, and I'm feeling less sensitivity at the roots. I'll give it a few weeks, then make a judgement on whether to keep it up.

Hi all, I was just wondering, is the magnesium oil mentioned just liquid magnesium or magnesium oil spray. Ginger, mentions drinking it so I wasn't sure...
Also, where can I purchase a respectable brand of it, I went to Whole Foods and told me magnesium oil doesn't exist =/

Prescription for perfect teeth:
Daily brushing with tooth soap (any soap with no/low glycerin content)
Daily flossing
Oil pulling - daily or as needed
Drinking green juices
Chewing grasses (like wheatgrass)
~I am only interested in results. If something works, then an explanation is really just an intellectual exercise. ~

I read to rinse in salt water, what is that suppose to do?
anybody use the magnesium oil on their teeth?
looks really good for alot of stuff but it said something about translucent look on teeth, I want them less translucent but not sure I understand
is wheatgrass good to hold in your mouth for the teeth? I know its good for the gums.
Do you nibble on the insides of your mouth? I have done that for a while and the little grinding between the teeth that happens every time has worn my two front teeth so that they are actually sharp, and a little "see-through." And little bits have chipped off too. Horrible habit.

I've had flouride put on my teeth for years. I have beautiful teeth. I also have been squeezing lemons and drinking the juice for years...sometimes 3 or 4 per day. I also use listerene. Every new dental hygenist wants to know how I keep my teeth so well. I tell them, they don't believe me.

It is largely genetic.
I have 9 siblings one of which is a non genetic sibling.
Only one of us has good strong teeth and yes, you correctly guessed which one.
The thing that I most object to is that she is also the one who takes the least care of her teeth and has the worst diet.

Saline solution is a bacteriacide so the salt kills bacteria when you rinse with it after brushing. I do so for a couple of minutes but am not sure what the optimum time is for keeping the salty water in your mouth.
