    Default Circular Workout

I am curious to know if anyone has tried out the Circular Workout by Storm Talifero http://www.thegardendiet.com/ ??

I just ordered the DVD and am looking forward to trying it out, so I was wondering if anyone else has done it or know someone who has done it.

    :)

    Jenna,

My DVD finally arrived the other day. I'll check it out tonight and let you know what I think. I have to admit I wasn't all that excited about the e-books.

    Hi, Carlene.

I didn't order the ebooks, either. I liked the complimentary one that they sent me in email, though.

Jenna, I'm new to this forum and from some of the post I've read I think I'm not supposed to say anything negative about other raw foodists, so I won't.

Let me just say, it was a lovely home movie. Storm exercises well. Their home is beautiful, the children adorable, and it looks like they have a very enjoyable life.

Let me know what you think when you get yours.

    Carlene,

    Very well said. :)

I have and enjoy their eBooks muchly. Since they AND their children actually live the lifestyle, 24/7/365, Storm and Jinjee have a lot to contribute from their own experiences and from research.

Is it possible for one to give an honest opinion/insight about a particular workout, or what not that is promoted by a raw foodist, or ANYONE for that case, that is not glowing, but is just honest w/grace, and that not be a bad thing?
Because.... I would be curious as to people's honest experiences w/ebooks, exercises, or otherwise. If the experience was not positive, that can be said without it being slanderous, no?

Swish I think it's important to be honest. About this thread topc, I've used the Raw Vegan DVD and the circular workout does work. Some other people may not find it useful because the whole bo stick thing or the jump rope thing is not to their liking.

No, it's not because of the "bo stick thing" or the "jump rope thing", it's about the quality of the vid. I thought it was supposed to be more of an "educating thing" than it actually was.
