Talking I want to re-define superfoods. Will you join me?

Superfood number one - banana (eat only when spotty). Sweet, satisfying (I mean it really really fills my tummy), soft (I love the texture mmmm), portable (I can carry it anywhere, no spills), wonderful in smoothies (my kids just adore them), cakes, puddings, icecream. This is the raw food that I buy in the biggest quantities, out of them all.

Superfood number two (only because is less portable, and I can only eat it in private :) ) - durian. Absolutely unique taste, very satisfying, each experience of eating a durian is better than a birhtday party. Haven't had one for a while, as they are not available where I live now, though.

    Will you join me?

    Gosia.
    I admit it: I am a fruit lover!:p

#5 Grapes - sweet, juicy and satisfying! Small enough for little ones' hands and not too messy.

    tomatoes

so many varieties, shapes, colors and sizes. I can eat them straight, in a sauce, chopped up with other veggies, sun dried with garlic and olive oil and herbs.

I can eat them in a tree, on my knee, in a boat with a goat. OOPS, sorry I've been writing books lately and got carried away.

    Default Avos!

Avocados! So creamy and luscious. Can be made into savory or sweet dishes, but perfectly delicious just on their own.

I have always limited my avacados because of fat content. i LOVE that I can eat them now. It's my favorite superfood.......also bananas :)

Rawpriestess....I am a preschool teacher and I love Dr. Suess!!!! but I don't eat green eggs and ham!

Ok tomatoes too but not any in a store. Only the ones grown fresh in my garden.
