to New Leaf through a new line of gourmet food products. Under Roxanne’s
Fine Cuisine label, she offers products made from raw and living foods, which
are organic and use no dairy, eggs, gluten or refined sugars. Klein is also
co-author of the cookbook "Raw" with Charlie Trotter and was lauded by food
critics around the country for her artistry and ability to create layers of flavor.
