Default Wild greens in your back yard: Book??

Can anyone recommend a book that would list info on going out and picking wild greens. I back right up to a forest and often see little wizened elderly Asian women emerging from the forest with buckets and bags of wild harvested greens!

I am SO jealous of their wonderful knowledge; I have tried asking them but I have not had much luck with the answers and worry I may poisen myself without proper education !

I am in the pacific northwest.

    Thanks for your advice :)

    Cheers,

    EPPP

lamb's quarters are delicious, so is purslane. Both are quite easy to identify.

Interesting idea, I've never done it. But how long would it take to pick a lbs of dandelion for example? Spinach costs $6 for a lbs at local grocery store. $4 for 0.7 lbs at costco.
