Oh man I hope so...I love naan bread! The first time I had it I was 8 years old and I've been in love with it ever since. Well of course I haven't had any for awhile, but it would be great to have raw naan bread. Wow, I hadn't even considered this...

Sadly, I don't think it is possible with our current technology. We can always ask, though!
But I did have Cafe Gratitude's sourdough "bread" cracker thing, and that was quite tasty. It tasted like sourdough!

Hi
I I just came across you thread have u tried curry in your recipes. I recipe I use is curried ripe plantains.
If you are interested I could give you some ideas.
I am Nadia and I have been looking to raw cuisine since 2006 and have been raw on and off but now am currently on a juice feast. I hope I can help

Yes I was going to suggest that you play around with Indian spice mixes - curry, masala, etc, in your salad dressings, mixed vegetables etc.

Thanks for the tips. When I came home I got busy and created something to satisfy. I had no avos so I did a dip with spinach, pumpkin seeds, tons of curry, cumin and garlic, a splash of olive oil etc. It was tasty and satisfying but it definitely needed avocados! I dipped slices of tangy apple and sticks of celery in it, very yummy.
My fave recipe at my fave Indian restaurant is Vegetarian Korma, with chunks of paneer and cooked potatoes and cauliflower in a coconutty, tomatoey sauce, sopped up with buttery naan. Is there any way to get satisfied? Or is time to erase that memory!!?
