    Default juicing ahead

    Hello everyone,
I have been juicing at night for my breakfast smoothies. I have a big glass of it fresh out of the juicer and take the rest of the pitcher to drink on throughout the morning the next day. I get up at 4am to get ready for work, walk the dog for 30 minutes etc and I just dont have enough time to get my juice made in the morning. Am I looseing to many nutrients by doing this?? I usually juice some kind of greens like collards or kale with other vegetables, fruits and berries and the next morning a blend in a banana with a scoop of green powder. Its what gets me through the day but I dont want to loose all the nutrients and not get any benefit from all my efforts.

    Thanks, Linda

Only the Green Star makes juice that lasts 3 days, with other juicers the nutrtion is lost quite rapidly.

What kind of juicer do you have?

why does the kind of juicer effect how fast the nutrients are lost? Just curious. I have a Breville juicer and I often make juices ahead of time.
