Default I juiced, therefore I am...

a juicer!! WOW! I am so proud of myself! I got this little juicer free off of freecycle, and I just got my courage up to make my first juice! It's not horrible, woo hoo!!!

2 stalks celery, 2 small carrots, and 1 apple.

Even hubby said it was yummy! Amazing!

I'm going to suck it down now, and call my mom to brag on myself and talk her into trying some!

It's nothing fancy - it's a Juiceman Jr. - and when I looked at the little basket inside with the little graters, I told hubby I didn't think it would work at all. But, apparently I know nothing, because it worked great! Or maybe I REALLY know nothing and it sucks, but I just don't know any better, LOL! Oh well, don't wake me up because I thought it RAWKED!

Hubby just took me to the store so I got more apples and some other fruits to try. He wanted me to get him some frozen juice (he loves juices) and it dawned on my lightening-quick mind that I could just learn to make him fresh, raw juices! (Although probably not at $1.50 per 1/2 gallon!)

I am excited! Couldn't talk mom into it though, as she is just getting rolling on her green smoothies and is completely content with those. Since she's 80 years old, and this is the first time I've gotten anything healthier than a custard made with 4 eggs down her, I'll let the juices slide for a while, LOL!

I can't wait to try out everyone's juice recipes!
