Try this one! I think I got this recipe from this forum so thanks to the rawbie who orginally posted:

    Chocolate Hazelnut Spread
    1/2 raw hazelnuts
    3 tbsp raw cacao
    Agave to taste

Blend the nuts first and then add the remaining ingredients

I got my old (VERY OLD lol) cooked nutella out of the cupboard and the ingredients are...
    sugar - replace with agave
vegetable oils - coconut or cacao butter
    hazelnuts
fat-reduced cocoa powder - cacao powder or ground nibs
skimmed milk powder - skip it
    whey - skip it
emulsifier, lecithin - skip it or if you are storing it for a long time maybe add it
    flavouring - probably vanilla
I love converting crap to raw :)

I realize I am pulling up an old topic, but I did a search on nutella to make sure I was not being redundant in posting this..lol

I just made Alissa's Fudge Balls today- I did not have a full two cups of any of my nut butters, so I mixed almond and hazelnut butter in the recipe and it was fabulous! I put it on a sammy for my kids, and both of them asked me when I bought more Nutella!! I almost didn't want to tell them the truth lol

my wonderful coop sell raw hazelnut meal in the refigerator section and I recently made the most delicious nutella ever. Thank God because I was about to break down and buy some.
1 c. hazelnut meal (this is very finely ground hazelnuts)
    4tbl. cacoa
    1/2 c. agave
    vanilla to taste
    salt to taste
mix all up in your FP for quite some time and enjoy. If it needs to be more spreadable you can add water to it.

    Default raw "nutella"

holy burned animal flesh batman! this is the real deal. I am new to raw and unfortunately many of the recipes I have tried have missed the mark. I am trying to convert my wife to raw. This will help A LOT! I bumped into this forum inadvertently. Needless to say, I will be bookmarking the spot. Nice job on the recipe, it is absolutely awesome.

Wow, raw Nutella? Now I've seen it all, lol, You'll have to let me know, which ones you tried and liked best.

I will come back here, when the craving for chocolate hits. :)

I love your recipe! I also added some cacao butter to help make it a little smoother
