Well my giggily, wiggily flab is gone. I do a variety of exercise 6 days a week. I think what I really contribute the flab being gone to are two of my exercises.......rebounding and thousands of pushups done on my exercise ball. If someone my age (47) can get rid of it, then anyone can. Good luck!

here is a target exercise for that......

get a small weight and hold it in one hand. Whichever hand you are holding it with go into a partial lunge with the same foot as the forward foot. Lean just slightly forward. Keep your arm snuggly against your body. Now having your arm slightly to the back of you, and your curled hand parallel to your body, hold you arm back as far as it will comfortably go. Now start doing a small up and down movement w/the weight. It is important to keep your arm close to your body -- don't let it go to the side. Try to do 100. Seems simple, but tomorrow you will be screaming UNCLE! You should feel the burn behind your arm where the "wings" are.

    Repeat with the other side.

Okay we get that part. What's the other arm, without the weight doing or does it matter?

Now having your arm slightly to the back of you, and your curled hand parallel to your body, hold you arm back as far as it will comfortably go.
This is where you lose us. Is this one arm? Cause you say slightly to the back and then as far back as it can go... so are we talking two different arms?

okay so is this movement moving the weight up your side? so your hand holding the weight never leaves your side, just moves from your hip up to your ribs?

    or...

do you do more of a curl with the weight with your upper arm and elbow close to the body and your lower arm curling up and down in front of your body?

The more you build up your triceps, especially, and the others muscles around them, like the biceps (front of the arms) and the deltoids (shoulders), the less flab you'll have.
