    Default Juice "feast"?

I know what a juice fast is, but I noticed everyone or almost on this talks about juice "feasts".

Is there a difference between a juice fast and a juice feast? Or is everyone by extreme coincidence all making the same typo in the word "fast"?

    Thanks

Bump - I'm seeing even more people talking about juice "feasts", so is everyone making the same mistake to the word "fast" or is there really such a thing as a juice feast, and if so, what is it?

    Thanks

I just got finished listening to an interview with David Rainoshek of www.juicefeasting.com and basically, a juice feast is similar to a juice fast but you are taking in about a gallon of juice per day, superfoods are incorporated (spirulina, etc.)

Here is the definition as given on his site:

Juice Feasting, as the name implies, is a Program of abundance, in which the Feaster drinks 12-15 lbs of juiced produce each day, providing all the nutrition needed to feed the body/mind, yet placing the body in a position to detoxify and eliminate deficiencies. Juice Feasting pushes the reset button on your physiology through a 30-92 day Program of drinking 4 Quarts of fresh juices and superfood concentrates each day, which turns on the human physiology to:

    CLEANSE - REBUILD - REHYDRATE - ALKALIZE

    to the greatest extent possible.

There is a global, 92-day juice feast about to take place in March - for more info visit: www.globaljuicefeast.com

A juice feast can be done for many days, up to 3 months straight! The reason is all of the nutrition that they are consuming. They also can add in bee pollen, hemp oil, E3live, etc.... to round out the diet. They claim that it gets a deeper cleanse.

angela stokes at www.rawreform.com is a shining example.

A juice FAST can't last very long, as you are depriving your body of enough calories, nutrients, etc... to go on for months. Basically, you don't drink a gallon/day, just some.
